PROCESSING & SHIPPING

  • Processing Time:    we try to get orders out within 1-4 business days, after your shipping and billing information has been verified. Holidays and sales may delay shipping times. Orders placed on Fridays will be sent out the following week.
  • Estimated Shipping:    this varies depending on which shipping method you select at checkout, we do not we do not guarantee ship dates or delivery dates.

  • All sales are final, we do not process returns.

FAQs

  • I did not receive my full order, where is the rest?

Your order might ship in multiple packages. If you only receive a partial shipment, don't worry, we're working on the rest!

  • My tracking info shows my package was delivered but I never received it?
We know how important your order is! If the tracking information states that your items have been delivered but you have not received it, please check in case another home received it by mistake. Speak with family, roommates, etc. in the event they received it on your behalf. The package may also have been left at an apartment office. We will always do our best to assist you, but however, Not Human does not hold responsibility for packages that are lost or stolen in transit. If you are still unable to locate your package, you must contact the shipping carrier to discuss the issue and file a claim with them.
